Decomia offers a simple and easy 7-day return policy to its customers. You can conveniently return an item within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return / Replacement / Refund Policy

Every product which is sold on Decomia is brand new and 100% genuine. Decomia’s Return Policy covers the Buyer against ‘damaged’, ‘defective’ and ‘not as described’ products.

In case of normal return i.e. the product is neither defective or damaged, the buyer can return the product where the cost of both side shipping to be charged on him/her. This is done to safeguard the interest of the sellers.

All items to be
exchanged or returned must meet the following conditions:

All returned items must be unwashed and unused.

The items must be returned with the original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Decomia reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is resalable before issuing a credit or exchanging the product.

Any returned item received by Decomia that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Items that cannot be exchanged or returned:

1.Made to order/ custom products.

2.Bamboo Lamps/Lampshade are not returnable

3.Items that are returned not in their original packaging, freebies or accessories.

4.Products damaged because of use.

Product received is not in the same condition as seller shipped to the buyer.

If Return request for the item is made outside the specified time frame; which is after 7-Days of delivery.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you happen to receive defective or damaged product(s), notify us on care@decomia.in within 24 hours of receiving the goods along with the pictures & a small video showing the defective side of the product.

If any damages are present on arrival, report them via e-mail in less than 48 hours, along with pictures of the same, so we can investigate any transit issues with the particular third party couriers.

How do I initiate the return process?

The procedure for returning the product is the buyer must click an image as well as make a small video and attach both in the Return Section of the product or you can email us within 1 day of receiving the product. Exceptional cases to be approved on case to case basis.
